At the REAch Teach Primary Partnership, we provide local training to trainee and qualified teachers as part of a national network. Our training is supported by expertise from the country's largest primary only Academy Trust, REAch2 alongside partners such as The University Of Derby, ranked as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, and Education Development Trust.

 A former National Teaching School, our Lead School, Tidemill Academy is amongst the top 3% of schools for progress nationally and has been at the centre of REAch Teach development.

Our Alliance

With more than 60 partner primary schools across the country, we enable local teacher training, with national expertise and connections. Each school within our partnership is unique, yet we are united by a central belief that all children have the right to an exceptional educational experience. We know that developing great teachers is central to this.

The majority of schools we work with are academies within the REAch2 Academy Trust. Starting your teacher training within the REAch2 family of schools enables you to benefit from the wealth of opportunities that come with belonging to a national community of professionals, and a wide range of networks and development opportunities once qualified.
